This girl name is Rachel. She’s carrying a bucket of chamois and a bottle of cleaning fluid, walked slowly with an anxious expression on her face. Rachel heard this in shock. She pictured Muria forcing hisself to go buy food at Warteg Pade Hayu which was across from the complex where they lived, then Muria had a heart attack and fainted.

"Hello!" Pak Sukro's voice said, “Acha, hello! Can you still hear my voice?” he asked because Rachel didn't hear him.

"Yes, Pak Sukro." Rachel said awake, "Then what did the doctor say, Pak Sukro?"

"He must immediately install a second ring on his heart, Acha."

Rachel was shocked again to hear the news that Pak Sukro conveyed.

'Grandpa need another operation?' asked her heart, “The universe, what should this be?' she became confused.

"Acha!" Pak Sukro's voice was heard again, "Can you ask your leader for a moment's permission, then come here? Your grandfather wants to see you."

"I'll try, Pak Sukro." Rachel said, “Okay, Pak Sukro, I will immediately go to my boss and ask permission first. Thanks for the help, sir." Rachel ended the call, her face looking even more confused. "How should this be? In this office, I can't just ask permission to leave during working hours. The rules here are very strict.” she lamented, “Another thing is that if grandpa have an operation, where do I get the money from? I was not given a subsidized medical card from the government because Pak Sukro saw that my grandfather and I were living in a luxurious house left by my mother.” she talked alone about the deadlock on the road to help Muria.
